The hotel offers tiny rooms without essential amenities like a microwave and charges extra for a fridge. The pool has an excessive chlorine smell, and breakfast can be overpriced if not included in the booking. The staff are friendly, but the management falls short in ensuring guest satisfaction.

Rooms
5.0
The room was not fresh and looked shabby, with a small sign warning not to adjust the temperature below 68° due to possible malfunctions. There were no microwaves, and guests had to pay for a fridge. The pool had too much chlorine, which could irritate the eyes.
Service
7.0
The service was beyond friendly, with a particular shoutout to Alyssa in Reservations for her exceptional care. However, there was an issue with placing used bedding back on the bed instead of providing fresh linens.
Location
5.0
The hotel is located in an industrial area with limited attractions nearby. While it is close to a college for events, the overall area lacks charm and convenience.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were much too expensive for the value offered, with an overpriced $20 breakfast buffet. However, room service arrived promptly upon request, but fish dishes were not up to expectations.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities at the hotel seemed average, lacking standout features or exceptional amenities.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice, clean, and somewhat updated, but the bathroom needed improvements. The service was friendly overall, but a voicemail issue left a negative impression. The location was convenient for attending a nearby sporting event, although some areas seemed neglected. The dining options were delicious but costly. The facilities had potential but lacked proper maintenance.

The hotel had a quiet ambiance, shielding us from the noise of the nearby airport, but the rooms were hot, stuffy, and on the smaller side with an awkward configuration. While the price seemed steep considering the size and amenities, the overall peaceful environment was a plus.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms, although quiet and insulated from outside noise, were a bit hot and stuffy, small, and had an awkward layout.
Service
9.0
The service was terrific, especially the front desk staff and Alyssa in Reservations, who were beyond friendly and helpful in managing my reservations and billing needs.
Location
8.0
The location was convenient for our stay, being close to the college where we attended a sporting event, but the overall value for money in relation to the service received made me hesitant to stay there again at a high price point.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was good overall, although slightly overpriced for the average brunch offerings.
Facilities

The hotel room I stayed in was sparkling clean and super cozy, located right over the main restaurant of the hotel. The experience was fantastic, with nice and gracious service from the shuttle driver as well as extremely friendly and respectful staff.

I loved the personalized card from the GM and the snack in the room. It was a nice touch that made me feel welcomed.

From the shuttle driver to room service, everyone was extremely friendly and respectful. The service truly made my stay memorable.
Location

The hotel is close to Madison and Morristown, NJ, areas, as well as Livingston, a charming town with great shopping. However, the industrial area noise could be a bit of a bother at times.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were a bit overpriced for the quality provided. The brunch food was average and not worth the $21.95 price tag.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were nice, but there were some obstacles blocking the way to my room that could be inconvenient. Otherwise, the amenities were satisfactory.

The hotel has a convenient location close to all the activities we were involved in, but it was a bit noisy due to loud guests next door. The rooms were nicely decorated with two queen beds, but the furniture seemed odd. The service was a bit snippy at times, and outdoor seating wasn't available until 3 p.m. The dining experience, considering the price paid per night, should have been complementary. Some improvements needed in cleanliness with dirty grouts in the bathroom.
